abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a ractopamine bionic antibody. The preparation method is mainly and technically characterized in that the ractopamine bionic antibody having high selective recognition ability for ractopamine is synthesized by adopting a molecular imprinting technology and an organic-inorganic hybrid technology, with the ractopamine as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, gamma-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane as a cross linker, 96-microtitor plate as a carrier and methylbenzene as a pore-foaming agent. The invention has the advantages of low cost, simple synthesis process and easily-controlled reaction conditions; and the prepared ractopamine bionic antibody can be used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent analysis of the ractopamine and detecting trace ractopamine in animal original foods.
