titleOfInvention Method and system for quickly dehydrating and recycling municipal sewage sludge
abstract The invention discloses a method for a method for quickly dehydrating and recycling municipal sewage sludge, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, preparation: 1) arranging an aeration desilting basin, a sedimentation basin, a pre-electromagnetic digestion tube, a mixed fermentation chamber and a remixed fermentation chamber which are connected with a sewage tank in turn; 2) preparing a solar heat collection system and the like for later use; and 3) preparing an aerobic fermentation microbial community-containing pre-decomposing material for later use; 2, dehydration and mixed aerobic high temperature fermentation: performing magnetization and ionization treatment on the sewage sludge, fermenting in a premixed fermentation chamber and the remixed fermentation chamber, and making the water content of a sludge mixture quickly reduced to 55-60 percent; and 3, aerobic high temperature remixed fermentation: adding the sludge mixture into a sludge conveying groove of the remixed fermentation chamber for further mixed fermentation to obtain a decomposed sludge fertilizer with the water content of 35-40 percent. The invention also provides a system for implementing the method. The system quickly and efficiently treats sludge, occupies a small area and is suitable for various sewage treatment plants.
