titleOfInvention | Method for preparing nanoscale disk-like cobaltosic oxide |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing nanoscale disk-like cobaltosic oxide. The method comprises the following steps of: adding a proper amount of cobalt acetate and hexadecyl ammonium chloride in a reaction kettle for accommodating a mixed solution of acetonitrile, N,N-dimethylformamide and deionized water and dissolving; adding 30 percent by weight of hydrogen peroxide and fully mixing; feeding the reaction kettle in a baking oven with 150DEG C for a certain time; taking out the reaction kettle for natural cooling; and centrifuging, separating and washing a reaction solution for multiple times to obtain a powder product. Compared with the prior art, the cobaltosic oxide synthesized by the invention is in a nanoscale disk-like structure and has the advantages of more uniformity in size, favorable crystallization and low-temperature superparamagnetism; the preparation method is simple and feasible, has favorable repetitiveness and stable characteristics of the product and can be widely used as an electrode material, a solar absorbing material, an out-phase catalyst, an electrochromic device, a gas sensor and the like. |
