titleOfInvention | Method for preparing highly dispersed ultrafine spherical silver powder |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing highly dispersed ultrafine spherical silver powder, which comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing a silver nitrate-ethylenediamine mixed solution and a mixed reduction solution which contains hydrazine hydrate, a nano-gold colloid, potassium sulfate and a surfactant, reacting to obtain a precipitate, and cleaning and drying to obtain the highly dispersed ultrafine spherical silver powder. Compared with the prior art, the silver powder prepared by the method is high in tap density and particle sphericity, narrow in particle size dispersion range, smooth in surface, small in specific surface area and easy to produce on a large scale. |
