abstract The invention discloses hard film rust inhibiting oil for the metal rust inhibition of nuclear power equipment, which is prepared from dimethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, copolymeric acrylic resin, alkyd resin, phenolic resin, C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin, barium soap of an oil lipid oxide, benzotriazole, polyethylene glycol, cobalt naphthenate, calcium naphthenate , span and a pigment. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the hard film rust inhibiting oil for the metal rust inhibition of the nuclear power equipment. Compared with a conventional metal rust-inhibiting hard film, the hard film rust inhibiting oil has the advantages that the protection capability for a metal product which is placed outdoors is relatively higher, elements which are harmful to nuclear power are not contained, corrosivity is free, an ODS (ozone depleting substance) is not generated, and the like.
