titleOfInvention Large-area nano-seam electrode parallel manufacturing method
abstract The invention discloses a large-area nano-seam electrode parallel manufacturing method. In the method, an organic polymer material is introduced between a rigid substrate and an electrode material with a stress concentration opening to form a sandwich structure of the rigid substrate-the organic polymer material-the electrode material; the rigid material is heated uniformly, and the volume of the organic polymer material is expanded by heating so that a tension stress is generated in the electrode material on the surface of the organic polymer material; and when the tension stress reaches a break limit of the electrode material, the electrode material is broken to form a nano-seam structure. By the method, the problem of a strain source required by the breakage of a conventional metallic thin film is solved; the seam position is accurate and controllable; the width size of the nano-seam can be changed by controlling heating temperature and time; and simultaneously a panel is heated uniformly, so that the feasibility and the uniformity of array-type nano-seam electrode large-area parallel manufacturing are ensured.
