titleOfInvention Slowly-released silver oxide (AgO) microcapsule antimicrobial and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a microcapsule and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims at providing a silver oxide (AgO) microcapsule having a slowly-released effect and a preparation method thereof. The AgO microcapsule comprises core AgO nano particles and a wall material. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: (1) the wall material is added into methylene dichloride to form solution A; (2) AgO nano powder is added into the solution A, and then emulsifier is added into the solution to form emulsified solution B; (3) the emulsified solution B is added into a continuous phase to be blended and heated, and organic solvent is evaporated; and (4) a product in step (3) is filtered, washed and dried to obtain the AgO microcapsule. Due to the adoption of the slowly-released AgO microcapsule antimicrobial, the AgO nano particles can be isolated from the external environment, so the AgO nano particles are free from being influenced by the external environment; and at the same time AgO is slowly released for a long time, and the slowly-released AgO microcapsule antimicrobial can be used in the broad-spectrum high-efficient lasting antibiotic field.
