titleOfInvention Laser cladding-based dilution rate uniformity control method and device thereof
abstract The invention relates to a laser cladding-based dilution rate uniformity control method in the technical field of material surface processing and a device thereof. Data on actual dimensions of a melting pond are obtained through shooting an image of the melting pond with an infrared enhanced CCD (Charge Coupled Device) camera during cladding and converting the image into a temperature field image, feedback control is carried out for laser power in a PID (Proportion, Integration and Differentiation) algorithm with differences of the preset dimensions of the melting pond and the actual dimensions of the melting pond, and the dilution rate is controlled through adjusting the preset dimensions of the melting pond. By adopting the method, the percentage of the area of molten base metals in a laser cladding coating can be maintained equal at each point on the surface of a substrate. Moreover, the dilution rate can be controlled easily and reliably during laser cladding, the influence on the dilution rate, caused by differences of a workpiece in the cold state and the hot state and other factors, can be avoided, and the dilution rate at each point of the cladding coating on the surface of the substrate can be maintained to be uniform and constant.
