titleOfInvention Solution for sperm detection
abstract The invention discloses a solution for sperm detection. The solution for sperm detection of the invention comprises hyaluronic acid and L-carnitine, and can be used for sperm-cervical mucus penetration tests. Thereinto, the hyaluronic acid is used as a substitute of human cervical mucus, and L-carnitine can protect sperm motility. Based on conditions that patients with oligozoospermia/asthenospermia have less sperm numbers and low sperm motility, the invention is further improved, and a sperm detection solution for patients with oligozoospermia/asthenospermia is prepared. The sperm detection solution for patients with oligozoospermia/asthenospermia has high sensitivity, and a high concentration of L-carnitine, and the L-carnitine can increase the oxidative damage resistance of sperms and protect sperm motility.
