titleOfInvention High-temperature high-pressure calibration device and calibration method of pH electrode
abstract The invention discloses a high-temperature high-pressure calibration device and a calibration method of a pH electrode, and realizes the calibration of a pH electrode under a high temperature and a high pressure without a commercial standard solution. The calibration device comprises a pH buffer solution bottle, a high-pressure water pump, a high-pressure hydrogen bottle, a pressure-reducing valve, a switching valve, a reaction vessel, a heating system, a temperature-control system, a computer, a high-resistance voltage meter, a standard Pt electrode, an Ag/AgCl electrode, a pH electrode, a throttle valve and a waste liquid bottle. During calibration, the pressure and the temperature of the reaction vessel are stabilized at set values, and a solution has a hydrogen partial pressure of 1 atm. The calibration process comprises the following steps: by using the standard Pt electrode as a reference electrode and using the response performance of the pH electrode, preliminarily determining whether the electrode is running normally; obtaining electric potentials of the pH electrode in three solutions by using the AgCl electrode as a reference electrode, calculating the pH value of the pH buffer solution by a thermodynamics software so as to obtain a calibration curve of the pH electrode at the temperature and pressure.
