abstract | The present invention discloses a dyeing pretreatment boiling and bleaching process for cotton fabric. Concrete steps of the process comprise: putting grey fabric into liquid soap, adding agents in a boiling and bleaching formulation to the liquid soap, heating the liquid soap added with the agent in the boiling and bleaching formulation to a temperature of 75-85 DEG C, then holding the temperature for 35-45 minutes, wherein the boiling and bleaching formulation comprises: 1 g/L of refining enzyme, 0.4 g/L of flake caustic soda, 5 g/L of H2O2 and 1 g/L of an activator. According to the dyeing pretreatment boiling and bleaching process for the cotton fabric, the reasonable and mild boiling and bleaching formulation is adopted, such that impurities, wax, ash content and cottonseed hull in the fabric fiber are removed, the loss of the fabric fiber is reduced to the minimum, the maximum profit of the fabric is achieved, the influence on the fastness of the fabric and other performances of the fabric due to large fiber loss can be avoided. |
