abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an oilfield demulsifier by utilizing waste grease, which comprises the following steps that: the waste grease is used as a raw material, and is reacted with ethylene diamine after being modified, an andepoxide is introduced in the presence of catalyst to obtain a polyether demulsifier; polycarboxylic acid is reacted with the polyether demulsifier by self-crosslinking; and finally, the resultant product and polymerized aluminum chloride are compounded to obtain the novel demulsifier. Compared with the preparation method of the ordinary polyether demulsifier, the preparation method of the demulsifier has lower epoxide consumption, lower cost, and changes the waste grease into valuables. The prepared demulsifier has ideal demulsification and dehydration effects for crude oil from an oilfield, and the dehydrated water is clear and less. |
