titleOfInvention Method for refining and separating dimethyl nylon acid
abstract The invention discloses a method for refining and separating dimethyl nylon acid. The refining and separating processes are completed in four rectifying towers connected in series. Raw material dimethyl nylon acid sequentially enters the four rectifying towers connected in series, light components, 1, 4-succinic acid dimethyl ester, 1, 5-glutaric acid dimethyl ester and 1,6-dimethyl ester are respectively separated out from tower tops of the first rectifying tower, the second rectifying tower, the third rectifying tower and the fourth rectifying tower, and the vacuum degrees of the four rectifying towers connected in series are respectively -0.06 to -0.075MPa, -0.065 to -0.08MPa, -0.070 to -0.085MPa and -0.075 to -0.09MPa. The gaseous phase temperatures at the tower tops of the four rectifying towers are respectively 90-100 DEG C, 95-105 DEG C, 100-110 DEG C and 105-115 DEG C, and the relative vacuum degrees and temperatures of the rectifying towers sequentially rise from the first rectifying tower.
