titleOfInvention | Insulin liposome lyophilized powder, oral insulin compound preparation and preparation methods and applications thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to insulin liposome lyophilized powder and an oral insulin compound preparation for treating diabetes mellitus II and preparation methods and applications thereof. The insulin liposome lyophilized powder has high embedding rate. The oral insulin compound preparation has high stability, and is convenient to produce industrially. The preparation method of the insulin liposome lyophilized powder comprises the following steps of: adding insulin into an HCl aqueous solution, adding a phosphate buffer solution and a sodium cholate solution to obtain an aqueous phase mixed liquor; dissolving cholesterol and lecithin into absolute ethanol together, adding a mannitol aqueous solution and a sodium cholate solution, and homogenizing for 10-30 minutes to obtain an oil phase mixed liquor; uniformly mixing the aqueous phase mixed liquor with the oil phase mixed liquor, putting into a water bath at the temperature 2-6 DEG C, and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain a concentrated solution; and performing freeze drying on the concentrated solution. |
