The invention relates to a novel regulatory factor of FOXP3 and regulatory T cells, and a use thereof. Specifically, the invention relates to a use of an ubiquitination pathway related factor and an agonist or an antagonist of the ubiquitination pathway related factor in preparation a composition for regulating activity of FOXP3, IL-2 and/or IFN-gamma. The ubiquitination pathway related factor is selected from a Toll-like receptor, an ubiquitin ligase, a proinflammatory cell factor family acceptor and/or their coding sequences. The novel regulatory factor of the invention can regulate activity of FOXP3, IL-2 and/or IFN-gamma, control regulatory T cells, and regulate and control an immune system. The novel regulatory factor and its derivative can also be utilized as an immunoadjuvant to improve immunogenicity of a vaccine and thus being utilized for treating or preventing serious diseases such as infectious diseases, tumor and the like. |
