abstract | The invention relates to a cathode material of a lithium ion battery, in particular to a lithium iron phosphate nano array serving as the cathode material of the lithium ion battery, a preparation method of the lithium iron phosphate nano array and the lithium ion battery prepared by the cathode material, and belongs to the technical field of power batteries. The lithium iron phosphate nano arrayprovided by the invention is characterized by being prepared by arranging highly-oriented nano fibers in parallel, wherein the nano fibers which form the nano array have the diameters of between 170 and 250 nanometers and the lengths of more than 100 micrometers. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, preparing spinning solution, and mixing inorganic salt, polymer and asolvent according to a certain proportion; secondly, preparing a composite nano array by using an electrostatic spinning technology; thirdly, preparing the lithium iron phosphate nano array by using a receiving device; and finally, assembling the lithium ion battery, and testing the performance of the lithium ion battery. |
