titleOfInvention | Microwave device and method for regenerating heteropoly acid by using microwaves |
abstract | The invention discloses a microwave device, which can be used for activating reaction of mobile gases so as to solve the problem that microwave leakage exists in an air mobile activating and regenerating reaction under microwaves. The microwave device comprises a microwave oven and a quartz tube, wherein an ammeter and a voltage regulator are connected onto the microwave oven; microwave levels and a timing rotary knob are arranged at a right part of the front face of the microwave oven; the microwave oven is provided with two holes in the same vertical direction up and down; and the quartz tube inserts into the two holes. The invention further discloses a method for regenerating heteropoly acid by using the microwaves. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) introducing air generated by an air pump into the microwave device where a quartz glass communicating tube is inserted through a glass rotor flowmeter, irradiating by using the microwaves and obtaining activated air; and (2) introducing the activated air into a heteropoly acid solution where hydrogen sulfide is absorbed, carrying out regeneration and then obtaining regenerated heteropoly acid. According to the invention, the heteropoly acid is regenerated by using the microwaves for irradiating the air, thus no pollution exists; and the regenerated heteropoly acid can be circularly used, so that the microwave device and the method for regenerating the heteropoly acid by using the microwaves have a good application prospect. |
