The invention discloses a medicinal composition for the directional controlled release of trace elements and a preparation method and application. The medicinal composition is characterized by comprising hollow microspheres with the concentration of more than 1*10<6> per milliliters and the granularity of less than 10 micrometers, at least one trace elements which are 10 times less than or equal to the physiological dose of human bodies and pharmaceutically-acceptable carriers or minor ingredients, wherein the trace elements and the hollow microspheres exist in a dissociative form; and the hollow microspheres are prepared from pharmaceutically-acceptable film-forming materials. The medicinal composition is stable and safe, and can be guided trace element ions into the human bodies directionally under the action of ultrasonic irradiation to achieve the biological effect of the vascular tissue regeneration, tissue regeneration or tumor resistance of sites which are subjected to the ultrasonic irradiation effectively; therefore, the medicinal composition has a bright prospect. |
