abstract | The invention, by utilizing conductive polymer PEDOT and its aqueous dispersant PSS as the coating and carbon source of nano Si powder, provides a new Si composite material of a lithium ion battery cathode with excellent performance and a preparation method thereof. The Si/C composite material comprises Si lithium storage material as main active substance, and is prepared by carrying out in situ polymerization on polymerizing PEDOT: PSS on the surface of Si, and carrying out high temperature carbonization on the prepared PEDOT: PSS under inert atmosphere. The composite material contains a few S element doped. By electron microscope analysis, nano Si particles are uniformly arranged in the PEDOT: PSS polymer and a carbon matrix. The raw materials of the preparation are cheap, and the coating of nano Si in the conductive polymer is carried out in the aqueous solution, so that the process is simple and environmentally friendly, and the yield is high. The prepared Si/C composite material has extremely low initial inreversible capacity lost (2.8 %) and excellent charge and discharge performance, is convenient for industrial production, and has a potential application prospect on electric vehicles and other dynamic power supply. |
