abstract | The invention discloses a photobioreactor system capable of realizing internal and external circulation of alga liquid, which comprises a low flat plate photobioreactor, a high flat plate photobioreactor, a middle flat plate photobioreactor and an external circulation pipe, wherein the low flat plate photobioreactor and the inner side of the high flat plate photobioreactor are communicated by the middle flat plate photobioreactor; the low flat plate photobioreactor and the outer side of the flat plate photobioreactor are communicated by the external circulation pipe; the high flat plate photobioreactor is provided with an air pipe; and the low flat plate photobioreactor has two groups of air pipes, one group of the air pipes are positioned at the bottom of the low flat plate photobioreactor, and the other group of air pipes are close to the upper surface of the low flat plate photobioreactor. The invention provides a novel coupled photobioreactor culture system, which combines the respective advantages of the flat plate photobioreactor and vertical pipe type photobioreactor, and can realize the low-cost and high-density culture of micro algae with high added value. |
