titleOfInvention | System and method for making metal micro-nano structure by using laser |
abstract | The invention relates to a system and a method for making a metal micro-nano structure by using laser. The system comprises a pulse laser light source, a laser light source, an optical focusing component and a micro mobile platform, wherein the pulse laser light source is used for supplying a first laser beam; the laser light source is used for supplying a second laser beam; the optical focusing component is used for focusing the first laser beam and the second laser beam to the same focus; and the micro mobile platform is used for controlling a computer. The method comprises the following steps of: placing a sample loaded with metal ion solution on the micro mobile platform; regulating the wave length of the laser beam output by the first laser light source to the wave length in which metal ions can produce a multiple-photon effect; regulating the wave length of the laser beam output by the second laser light source to the wave length in which metal nanoparticles can produce a surface plasma absorption effect and an optical trapping effect; regulating the optical focusing component to make the first laser beam and the second laser beam focused to the same focus; and radiating the metal ion solution by using the focused laser beam to make the laser focus move in the metal ion solution, and thus obtaining the metal micro-nano structure. |
