abstract |
Provided are a flow path device, a complex dielectric constant measurement device, and dielectric cytometry with which measurement accuracy can be improved. A constriction section (11A) having a constricting space (CS) is provided between an inflow port (IF) and an outflow port (OF) of a flow path (11). In addition, electrodes (12A, 12B) are arranged between the inflow port (IF) and the constriction section (11A) and between the outflow port (OF) and the constriction section (11A). The conductance at the constriction section (11A) for a low limit frequency is less than the combined conductance of an inflow flow path section (11B) and an outflow flow path section (11C), and the capacitance at the constriction section (11A) for a high limit frequency is less than the combined capacitance of the inflow flow path section (11B) and the outflow flow path section (11C). |
