titleOfInvention | Benzothiazine-thione derivatives, preparation method thereof and purpose thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of medicine, and especially relates to benzothiazine-thione derivatives, a preparation method thereof and use thereof. The invention intends to provide novel benzothiazine-thione derivatives with structures as a formula I. The benzothiazine-thione derivatives of the invention are novel compounds obtained on a basis of a large-scale selection. According to an experiment result, the benzothiazine-thione derivatives represented by the formula I have substantial effects in inhibiting mycobacterium tuberculosis. The effects of the derivatives are similar to or even better than that of isoniazid (MIC90=0.8muM). The derivatives have mycobacterium tuberculosis resisting activities. With the derivatives and the preparation methods, choices are provided for the development and application of antitubercular agents. |
