titleOfInvention | Novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating. The novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating comprises: by weight, 12 to 14 parts of aggregate, 6 to 7 parts of fine powder, 1 part of aluminate cement, 1 part of ceramic fibers having length of 5 to 10 cm, 0.5 parts of steel fibers having a diameter of 0.1 to 0.8 mm and length of 1 to 3 cm, and 1 part of an additive. In preparation of the novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating, there is no need of addition of water. A phosphate or sodium silicate as a chemical bond type binding agent, the aggregate with wearresistance, the fine powder with wear resistance and the ceramic fibers are prepared into the novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating which does not contain water and is formed through chemicalbond type binding. The novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating is thermostable. Through the preparation method, pores which belong to the novel flexible wear-resistant ceramic coating and are produced by vapor during heating at a high temperature are reduced; a compressive capacity is improved; and fire resistance and wear resistance are improved. |
