During canning of urea, full-automatic and continuous feeding is realized, the concentration and uniformity of a urea solution are ensured, the urea flow is automatically adjusted according to the emission of NOx from combustion equipment, the emission of NOx from the combustion equipment is within a controlled range, and the denitration efficiency is 60 percent; and during supplying of bagged urea, the urea solution preparing tank is fed manually, and an intermittent urea preparing way is adopted.
