abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-dinitrobutane, which comprises the following synthesis steps: adding acetone, water and catalyst into a reaction container at room temperature; dripping ammonia and hydrogen peroxide into a reaction system at 60 to 90 DEG C with stirring, wherein ammonia is added to keep the pH value of the system between 8 and 10, and the molar ratio of the added hydrogen peroxide to the acetone is (3-8):1; after the dripping is finished, reacting at 80 to 90 DEG C for 0 to 2 hours; cooling the reaction system to room temperature, filtering or performing centrigual separation to remove the catalyst, and thus obtaining mother solution, wherein the catalyst is washed with acetone and the washing solution is collected; mixing the washing solution and the mother solution; evaporating the mixed mother solution at a temperature of not higher than 80 DEG C to remove acetone in the system; and cooling, filtering and washing with water to obtain a target product. The method has the advantages that: raw materials with high toxicity are not used; the process conditions are mild; the production is safe; the cost is low; and the industrial production can be realized easily. |
