titleOfInvention Chinese medicinal composition with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a Chinese medicinal composition with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and a preparation method and application thereof. The Chinese medicinal composition consists of the following components in part by weight: 1 to 5 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 2 to 7 parts of rhubarb, 1 to 8 parts of Sinkiang arnebia root and 1 to 4 parts of angelica dahurica. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing the four medicaments, sieving, putting medicinal powder into supercritical CO2 extraction equipment for extracting, and separating extract in an extraction kettle to remove CO2. The Chinese medicinal composition can be used for preparing medicaments for treating burn ulcers, has a reasonable formula, has the obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and can be used for preparing the medicaments for treating the burn ulcers. The preparation method has the advantages of high extraction rate, low operating temperature, no damage to active ingredients of Chinese medicines, no pollution, simple process and the like, and a plurality of volatile matters in the four Chinese medicines can be obtained in one time in the same process.
