titleOfInvention Residual stress relieving device based on high-energy electrical pulses generated by discharge of capacitor
abstract The invention provides a residual stress relieving device based on high-energy electrical pulses generated by discharge of a capacitor. The relieving device comprises a power supply input module for providing a power supply, a capacitor energy storage set for storing electrical energy, a charge module for charging the capacitor energy storage set and a discharge module which is used for releasingthe electrical energy stored in the capacitor energy storage set to a load, wherein the charging module and the discharge module are controlled by a first relay; and the coil of the first relay is connected with a sequential control module which is used for controlling the charge module and the discharge module to switch on alternatively and charging and then discharging the capacitor energy storage set. The relieving device has the advantages of simple circuit, compact structure and high efficiency and is convenient for use.
