titleOfInvention | Binuclear platinum (II) complex or platinum (II) complex and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a binuclear platinum (II) complex or platinum (II) complex and application thereof. The structure of the binuclear platinum (II) complex is shown as a formula (1a) or a formula (1b) in the specifications; and in the formula (1a) and the formula (1b), R is hydrogen atom or alkyl with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and Z is inorganic acid divalent anion or organic dicarboxylate dianion; and compounds in the formula (1a) and the formula (1b) are chiral isomers with 1R,2R-structures and/or 1S,2S-structures. The structure of the platinum (II) complex is shown as a formula (2a) or a formula (2b), and can serve as an intermediate for preparing the binuclear platinum (II) complex. The platinum complexes shown as the formulas (1a), (1b), (2a) and (2b) have the in-vitro inhibition effect on human colon cancer cells, human liver cancer cells, human lung adenocarcinoma cells and human breast cancer cells. |
