titleOfInvention | Processing method of croton for treating tuberculosis |
abstract | The invention relates to a processing method of croton for treating tuberculosis, in particular to a high-temperature processing and attenuation method for traditional Chinese medicine croton and action thereof on treatment of the tuberculosis. The croton is processed through three methods of high-temperature frying, high-temperature roasting and microwave heating to obtain a croton processed product. In the processed croton, toxic protein is not detected, LD50 is obviously increased, the relative content of each component in croton oil is basically kept unchanged, and the croton oil content is relatively increased. After being combined with other traditional Chinese medicines to prepare pills, the processed croton has an obvious anti-tuberculosis bacillus effect in vivo and in vitro. The processing method of the croton for treating the tuberculosis disclosed by the invention has the effects of reducing toxicity and enhancing therapeutic effect; and compared with the conventional croton processing methods of roasting, boiling, steaming and the like, the processing method has the advantages of prominent advantages. |
