abstract | The invention relates to a type of fatty acid proportion and VE content customized edible oil adapted to different dietary patterns. The edible oil is characterized in that: taking a family as a unit, different polyunsaturated fatty acid proportions and Vitamin E contents are designed according to different oil ingestion amount per person per day and different dietary characteristics, a novel approach is provided for solving the problem that different dietary habits are not considered in the prior edible blend oil, especially fatty acid coordination caused by larger difference of amount of each family edible oil. The invention provides a specific scheme which summarizes a series of parameters of the edible oil and calculation formulas of the polyunsaturated fatty acid proportions and VE contents overall considering factors such as human body antioxidant, blood fat reduction, prevention lipid peroxidation, improvement of immunity, apha linolenic acid conversion efficiency and more outside repast, based on fully estimation of the food polyunsaturated fatty acid proportions and Vitamin E acceptable daily intake of China urban residents under various extreme conditions. With 2 to 6 specifications, the customized edible oil with appropriate Fatty acid proportions and VE contents can be provided for populations with different dietary patterns in actual application. |
