titleOfInvention | Genetic immunization for the production of immunoglobulins against cell-associated antigens such as P2X7, CXCR7, or CXCR4 |
abstract | The present invention relates to methods for generating immunoglobulin sequences directed against cell-associated antigens, more particularly membrane-anchored antigens. The invention also provides immunoglobulin sequences obtainable by the methods of the invention. In particular, the invention relates to the production of immunoglobulin sequences using DNA vaccination. More specifically, the present invention relates to the production in camelids by DNA vaccination of immunoglobulin sequences, preferably directed against cell-associated antigens, particularly antigens with multiple transmembrane domains, including GPCRs and ionic aisle. Furthermore, the present invention relates to said immunoglobulin sequences directed against cell-associated antigens, more particularly against membrane-anchored antigens such as for example GPCRs and ion channels, more preferably ion channel. |
