abstract | The invention discloses a method for sintering vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate at high negative pressure and high air quantity, comprising preparing, mixing, distributing, igniting and sintering, thermally breaking, cooling and screening, wherein the sintering is carried out under the conditions of the negative pressure of over 13500a and the unit area air quantity of a sintering machine of 100-110m<3>(m<2>.min); and the low negative-pressure ignition and full-wind sintering are adopted in the igniting and sintering process. According to the method for sintering vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate at high negative pressure and high air quantity, which is disclosed by the invention, the yield can be improved and vanadium-titanium sintering ore with high quality can be prepared at high efficiency. |
