titleOfInvention Modified bimaleimide/cyanate ester resin and its preparation method
abstract The invention discloses a modified bimaleimide/cyanate ester resin and its preparation method. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: by mole, stirring 100 parts of cyanate ester and 20-100 parts of bimaleimide at the temperature of 100-140 DEG C until the mixture becomes transparent, adding 1-80 parts of hyperbranched poly(phenylene oxide) simultaneously containing epoxy group and one or two groups selected from allyl and phenolic hydroxyl group on the terminal groups, reacting at the temperature of 100-140 DEG C for 10-80 minutes to obtain the multi-functionalized hyperbranched poly(phenylene oxide) modified bimaleimide/cyanate ester resin. On the basis of maintaining the outstanding heat resistance, the modified resin provided by the invention has an obviously reduced curing temperature as well as better dielectric properties (low dielectric constant and loss) and toughness, and can be used as high performance resin matrix, adhesive and insulating varnish in high and new tech field. The preparation technology of the modified bimaleimide/cyanate ester resin is simple and easy to operate, has advantages of abundant and cheap raw materials and high yield, and is convenient for industrial production.
