titleOfInvention Clay-based amphoteric hydrophobic salt-resistant and high water absorbent resin and its preparation method
abstract A clay-based amphoteric hydrophobic salt-resistant and high water absorbent resin and its preparation method. Raw materials of the resin provided by the invention comprises, by weight, 100 parts of acrylic acid, 10-60 parts of non-ionic monomer acrylamide, 10-30 parts of cationic monomer, 1-5 parts of a hydrophobic component, 5-30 parts of clay, 0.05-1.0 parts of an initiator, and 0.05-1.0 parts of a cross-linking agent. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps of: neutralizing acrylic acid by the use of alkali to the degree of neutralization of 40%-80%, successively adding non-ionic monomer acrylamide, cationic monomer, the hydrophobic component and clay, followed by the addition of the cross-linking agent and the initiator, heating up to the temperature of 40-90 DEG C to react for 3-5 hours, drying a reaction product and crushing. The preparation method provided by the invention has the following advantages: 1, the water absorbent and salt resistant properties of the high water absorbent resin are markedly raised; 2, the preparation method is poisonless and harmless and is environmentally friendly, and the main technical indexes comprise 600-1500 times of desalinized water, 200-400 times of tap water, 80-200 times of normal saline and 30-100 times of a calcium chloride aqueous solution at the concentration of 0.1%; 3, there is no discharge of waste water, exhaust gases and dust during the production process, so as to make the operation faster and simpler and make the product quality more stable.
