titleOfInvention | Method for preparing silicon oxide/silver nano composite fibers |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing silicon oxide/silver nano composite fibers, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: mixing tetraethoxysilane, absolute ethanol, deionized water and hydrochloric acid, dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in the mixture, and adding silver nitrate to obtain a white silver chloride precipitate; and sucking precursor solution containing the white silver chloride precipitate in an injector, electrospinning under the direct current high voltage condition, and drying to obtain the silicon oxide/silver nano composite fibers. By the method, the silicon oxide/silver nano composite fibers which have uniform diameter and on which silver particles are uniformly dispersed and are not aggregated are prepared. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that: viscosity and a flow rate required by the electrospinning are provided by polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely decomposed in the heating process, so the performance of the metal silver particles is not influenced. |
