abstract |
The invention relates to an anticoagulation polypeptide and application thereof, belonging to the field of biomedicines. The polypeptide is composed of an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.1, is formed by substituting, deleting or adding one or several amino acid residues on the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.1 and is a derivative peptide capable of selectively inhibiting a blood coagulation factor XIa. The anticoagulation polypeptide is a selective depressant of the blood coagulation factor XIa, has stronger anticoagulation activity, can obviously prolong activated partial thromboplastin time during plasma activation and basically has no influence on prothrombin time. The anticoagulation polypeptide has a stronger anti-thrombosis effect, can be used as medicines used for preventing and treating thromboembolic diseases and has less side effect. |
