titleOfInvention | Prescription and application of capsule for reducing hyperlipidemia model cholesterol |
abstract | The invention discloses a prescription and an application of a capsule for reducing hyperlipidemia model cholesterol. The capsule of the invention is a capsule containing a new phenoxy aromatic acid compound methyoxylphenylpropionic acid p-chlorophenoxyisobutyrate, and each capsule can contain 0.125 g or 0.25 g of methyoxylphenylpropionic acid p-chlorophenoxyisobutyrate. A preparation method of the capsule in the invention comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a prescription bulk drug methyoxylphenylpropionic acid p-chlorophenoxyisobutyrate with accessories (except magnesium stearate); putting into a crusher to fully mill to allow powder to pass through a screen mesh with more than 80 meshes; preparing a soft material through mixing with an ethanol solution with a certain dissolvability as a wetting agent; preparing uniformly stirred soft material into particles; placing into a circulatory air dry oven with a temperature of 60 to 80 DEG C to dry; adding the well dried particles to magnesium stearate and uniformly mixing; granulating; examining intermediates; loading into the capsule; and packaging. So the capsule is finished. The capsule for reducing hyperlipidemia model cholesterol of the present invention can generate the effect of anti-hyperlipidemia. |
