Black rabbits after 25 day ages are reared, a concentrated feed is fed once everyday, and 0.1 to 0.3kg of concentrated feed is fed to each rabbit every time; pine needles are fed once every two days, and 0.1 to 0.3kg of pine needles are fed to each rabbit every time; leeks are fed once every three days, and 0.05 to 0.1kg of leeks are fed to each rabbit every time; shallots are fed once every seven days, and 0.05 to 0.15kg of shallots are fed to each rabbit every time; and an adequate amount of green grass is fed when the leeks and the shallots are fed. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that: life habits of the black rabbits are grasped for rearing, so that the lean meat percentage of the black rabbits is improved, the meat quality is slightly sweet, and the mouthfeel is better.
