titleOfInvention Recovery and purification method and device for oil fume
abstract The invention relates to a recovery and purification method and device for oil fume. The device comprises a direct current high voltage electric generator, a discharge electrode, an oil fume precipitation positive electrode, a waste oil collector and an oil discharge pipe, wherein the direct current high voltage electric generator is connected with an alternative current power supply; the discharge electrode is connected with the output negative electrode of the direct current high voltage electric generator through a high voltage wire; the oil fume precipitation positive electrode is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply; the oil fume precipitation positive electrode consists of a rigid surrounding body through which the oil fume passes and a conductive liquid flow or liquid film the surface of which carries positive electricity; the lower edge of the rigid surrounding body is connected with a liquid box filled with the conductive liquid; the liquid box is connected with the output positive electrode of the direct current high voltage electric generator; the box wall of the liquid box is provided with a liquid discharge hole below a collected waste oil layer; and the liquid discharge hole is connected with the liquid inlet of a pump through a conduit, and the liquid outlet of the pump is connected with a liquid distribution pipe. The device has high oil fume recovery high and persistent efficient purification capacity, dose not need to be cleaned, has no fire hazard, and saves steels. Thus, the method and device are completely suitable for recovery and purification of other aerosol particles.
