titleOfInvention Laser-arc hybrid welding double-wide narrow-groove welding method
abstract The invention provides a laser-arc hybrid welding double-wide narrow-groove welding method and belongs to the technical field of laser welding processing. The welding method is implemented through the following step: performing welding on a plate having a joint groove to be abutted after MSG (Metal Shield Gas) arcs are applied on the two opposite sides of a laser beam and welding wires are filled on the two sides of the laser beam, respectively. The welding method is capable of realizing single-pass penetration laser welding of a medium plate which is more than 10 mm thick, so that welding has not only low heat input, but also high filling capability; the allowed groove depth can be 9 mm; and compared with the single laser welding and the conventional laser-arc hybrid welding, the laser power requested by the welding method provided by the invention can be reduced.
