abstract The invention discloses an organic and inorganic composite aqueous surface treatment liquid for color coating pretreatment of a galvanized sheet, belonging to the technical field of metal material surface treatment. The aqueous surface treatment liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-45 percent of aqueous organic resin, 1.25-3.75 percent of organic silane, 0.075-0.2 percent of inorganic passivator, 0.05-0.1 percent of inorganic corrosion inhibitor, a proper amount of pH adjusting agent and the balance of solvent water. Aqueous polyurethane, the organic silane, theinorganic passivator and the inorganic corrosion inhibitor are organically combined to form an organic and inorganic composite protection film by using the organic and inorganic composite aqueous surface treatment liquid. Due to the introduction of the organic silane, not only the corrosion resistance of the protection film but also the adhesion between the protection film and a galvanized layer can be improved. The organic and inorganic composite aqueous surface treatment liquid does not contain chromium in any valence state and is an environment-friendly chromium-free passivation liquid.
