R in the N-heterocyclic carbene is independent or is combined with other elements to form hydrogen or C1_C6 organic radical, wherein the C1_C6 organic radical contains one or more selected from the group consisting of alkyl group, branched alkyl group, naphthenic base, cycloalkenyl group, alkynyl, aryl group, arylalkyl, heterocycle, alkoxy and substitution derivatives of alkoxy. The N-heterocyclic carbene annular metal complexes provided by the invention are mainly applied in the technical field of fluorescent agents.
