titleOfInvention Industrial method for producing bio-fertilizer inoculant by utilizing decayed cow dung as raw material
abstract The invention discloses an industrial method for a bio-fertilizer inoculant by utilizing decayed cow dung as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: proportioning, sterilizing, fermenting, drying and coating, wherein in the proportioning step, 20-70 parts by weight of decayed cow dung, 20-80 parts by weight of field soil, 2-10 parts by weight of rice bran, 2-10 parts by weight of bean pulp and 0-5 parts by weight of talcum powder are mixed; the pH value is regulated to 6.5-7.5 by using quick lime; and water the weight of which is 30-40% of the total weight of the raw materials is added, and then the materials are stirred evenly. The method has the advantages of wide raw material sources and less harsh fermentation conditions, thus being beneficial to industrial production on large scale. In the fermentation production process, no waste liquid is generated, and various wastes can be utilized, thereby meeting development of sustainable agriculture. The inoculant produced by using the method can be widely applied to various aspects and has an effect of obviously increasing the yield and quality of agricultural products.
