titleOfInvention | Organic potash fertilizer and production method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an organic potash fertilizer prepared by comprehensive utilization of apple slag and a production method thereof, and particularly to a biological organic sylvite foliar fertilizer and a composite fertilizer and a production method thereof. In the invention, apple slag is put in a potassium hydroxide solution for heating and hydrolysis, unreacted potassium hydroxide in the hydrolysate is neutralized with organic acid to generate water-soluble organic sylvite salts, and the hydrolysate is filtered to obtain the organic potash fertilizer, or the filtrate is remixed to prepare the biological organic sylvite foliar fertilizer; separated insoluble filter residues can be directly used as a fertilizer, or be remixed to prepare the composite fertilizer. According to the invention, comprehensive utilization of apple slags is realized, and no waste water, waste liquid and waste residues are discharged in the process of production. |
