abstract |
The invention discloses a fusion protein TAT-NANOG, and an encoding gene and application thereof. The fusion protein provided by the invention comprises a TAT transactivator and a cell re-programming correlation factor combining at the amino terminal or carboxyl terminal of the TAT transactivator. Used for treating HAF cells, the fusion protein TAT-NANOG provided by the invention promotes the proliferation of mechanocytes and enhance the expression level of cyclins in the mechanocytes. A cell re-programming method can be acquired by using the TAT transactivator to deliver nuclear transcription factor protein, and has an important application prospect in cell induction and clinical field. |
