The present invention also provides a preparation method for the above-mentioned fluorescence analysis reagent, comprising the following steps: the compound represented by formula (II) and dansyl chloride undergo a nucleophilic substitution reaction in the presence of a basic compound to obtain the fluorescence analysis reagent. The fluorescence analysis reagent provided by the invention can realize the specific detection of hypochlorous acid in biological systems and other water media.
