titleOfInvention Cordyceps militaris albino strain and cultivation method of fruit body thereof
abstract The invention relates to a cordyceps militaris albino strain AB6 with CCTCC (China center for type culture collection) NO (number): M2011073 and a cultivation method of a fruit body thereof, and the cultivation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: performing tissue separation on the cordyceps militaris albino strain or the fresh fruit body thereof, inoculating into a comprehensive PDA (potato dextrose agar) slope culture medium for preparing a slope mother strain, further inoculating the slope mother strain into a liquid culture medium for preparing a first-stage strain, inoculating the first-stage strain into the liquid culture medium for preparing a production strain, and finally culturing the production strain in a culture medium for production so as to obtain the artificially cultured cordyceps militaris albino fruit body and further obtain the cordyceps militaris albino strain fruit body. The biological transformation rate of the cordyceps militaris albino strain fruit body can achieve 30%-45%, the content of adenosine is 1-1.16mg/g, the content of cordycepin is 1.5-12.9mg/g, the content of cordycepic acid is 10-14.8mg/g, the content of crude protein is 20-28%, the content of crude fiber is 15-17.2%, and the cordyceps militaris albino strain can be used as a food or a raw material.
