abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of extraction and purification of the effective parts of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular discloses a preparation method of a total triterpene extract from poria cocos, comprising the following steps of: (1) weighing herbal pieces of poria cocos prepared for decoction, adding 60-80v/v% ethanol which is 4-8 times of the amount of the medicinal material and soaking for 3-12 hours, performing reflux extraction 1-3 times for 1-2 hours every time, combining the ethanol reflux extracting solutions; (2) performing suction filtration on the ethanol reflux extracting solution to obtain filtrate; (3) concentrating the filtrate by flash evaporation till the relative density is 1.01-1.10, recovering the ethanol; and (4) spray drying the obtained concentrated solution to obtain the total triterpene extract product from poria cocos, collecting the dried extract, sealing, weighing and storing in a dry place. The method is simple, and the used solvent can be recycled, thus reducing the production cost and saving the energy source. The content of total triterpene in the extract prepared by the method is 31-58wt% counted by pachymic acid, and the extract has obvious anti-tumor and immunoregulation functions. |
