titleOfInvention Water sealed positive/negative pressure protector for biogas fermentation
abstract The invention relates to a water sealed positive/negative pressure protector for biogas fermentation. The protector comprises a first sealed tank, wherein the upper part of the first sealed tank is communicated with a main fermentation tank; the bottom of the first sealed tank is communicated with the bottom of a second sealed tank; the upper part of the second sealed tank is communicated with the upper part of a third sealed tank and an air storage tank; the bottom of the third sealed tank is communicated with the bottom of a fourth sealed tank; the upper part of the fourth sealed tank is communicated with the atmosphere; and water sealing is adopted between the first sealed tank and the second sealed tank, and water sealing is adopted between the third sealed tank and the fourth sealed tank. When the pressure of the main fermentation tank reaches a set upper limit, pressure is relieved in the air storage tank; when the pressure of the air storage tank reaches a set upper limit, pressure is relieved to the atmosphere; when the pressure of the main fermentation tank is lower than a set lower limit, the air storage tank is utilized to add pressure to the main fermentation tank; and when the pressure of the air storage tank is insufficient, the atmosphere is utilized to add pressure to the air storage tank and the main fermentation tank. Therefore, the aim of performing positive/negative pressure protection to the main fermentation tank can be achieved and the main fermentation tank can work normally and stably.
